From the
previous lessons, we've studied that "true Jesus" is indeed the
Christ the "Son of God" (Lesson-3G). As a Son of God, Jesus is a Man in
nature and state of being (Lesson 3H).
As a Man, Jesus Christ Is The Same Yesterday, Today And
Forever (Lesson-3I).
As a man, Jesus is not an ordinary Man but
a "Very Special Man" (Lesson-3J), For Jesus Christ Is indeed
Subordinate Or Not Equal To God The Father (Lesson-3K).
Also from the
previous lessons, we've also studied that from the Old
Testament times to the New Testament times, God
is absolutely One and not a Trinity (Lesson-2I). According
to the Lord Jesus Christ and the Apostles, the one and "only true God" is the Father in heaven
(Lesson-2J).
The true God is a Spirit in nature and state of being, He is
the Lord God Almighty, the Creator of all
things, He is eternal, immortal and invisible (Lesson-2K),
Thus the God of Jesus and the Apostles is the same God of
Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Lesson-2L ),
for God never change
(Lesson-2M).
Based on the
foregoing lessons, let us identify some of the distinct
differences or dissimilarities that unmistakably set apart the Lord Jesus
Christ from the Lord God Almighty―the Father in heaven, proving that
they are "not indeed one being or one Triune God" as many others are led
to believe. And therefore, Jesus is not God Himself.
Let us
continue our study of the
clear passages of the Bible that we may come to know the
truth if the allege members of the Trinity or the Triune God
are indeed co-equal and co-eternal, one in essence,
nature, power, action, and will (Lesson-2C.1).
3L.1
God has no beginning but Jesus Christ came from God.
In Psalms
90:2, this is written:
Before
the mountains were brought forth, Or ever You had
formed the earth and the world, Even from
everlasting to everlasting, You are God. (NKJV)
The same
verse in another version of the Bible:
Before the mountains were created, before you
made the earth and the world, you are God,
without beginning or end. (NLT)
God, who
created all things, has no beginning or end. God is from
everlasting to everlasting.
In John
8:42, this is written:
Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father,
you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and
came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He
sent Me. (NKJV
The
same verse in another version of the Bible:
Jesus said to them, "If God were your
Father, you would love me, for I came from
God and am here; I did not come on my own,
but he sent me. (NAB)
Jesus
Himself declared that, "He preceded forth and came from God" and "He
was sent by God".
Knowing
the scriptural truth that "God has no beginning or end",
while on the contrary "Jesus came from God" and was sent
by God, clearly and undeniably prove that God and Jesus
are not one being as they are distinct or separate from each other. Thus, Jesus cannot
be God Himself because He is not co-eternal with the God
the Father.
Co-eternal means that they always existed eternally from
ages past, neither preceding the other.
This
is not true of Jesus for He himself unmistakably said
that "He preceded forth and came from God". His
statement is corroborated by other verses that Jesus was
"the beginning of the Creation of God" (Revelation
3:14), and the "firstborn of every creature" (Colossians
1:15).

The Trinity doctrine
states that God is the Triune God, existing as three
persons, but one being.
Members of the Trinity are said to be co-equal and co-eternal, one in essence,
nature, power, action, and will. The Father
is uncreated, the Son is uncreated, and the Holy Spirit
is uncreated, and all three are eternal with no
beginning (Lesson-2C.1),
then. . .
-
If Jesus is indeed co-eternal, that
is no beginning, as God in the
Trinity, then why did Jesus say that
He came from God whereas God has no
beginning?
-
If Jesus as God came from another
God, then there would be two Gods?
Is this right or wrong?

3L.2 God is immortal (not subject to death), but
Jesus Christ died on the cross.
In 1 Timothy
1:17, this is written:
Now to
the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God
who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and
ever. Amen. (NKJV)
God is
immortal, not subject to death.
In the
following verses these are written:
30.
So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He
said, "It is finished!'' And bowing His head, He
gave up His spirit.
33. But when they came to Jesus and saw that
He was already dead, they did not break His
legs. (John 19:30&33, NKJV)
"let
it be known to you all, and to all the people of
Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of
Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised
from the dead, by Him this man stands here
before you whole. (Acts 4:10, NKJV)
Jesus
died on the cross and was raised from the dead by
God..
Knowing
the scriptural truth that "God is immortal"―not subject
to death, while on the contrary "Jesus died on the cross
and was raised from the dead by God" clearly and
incontestably prove that God and Jesus Christ are not one
being as they are distinct or different from each other. Therefore, Jesus cannot be God
Himself because He is not co-equal, co-eternal and not one in
nature, power with God.

3L.3 God is spirit, without flesh and bones, but
Jesus Christ is man having flesh and bones.
In the
following verses, these are written:
"God
is Spirit, and those who worship Him must
worship in spirit and truth.'' (John 4:24, NKJV)
"Behold
My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself. Handle Me
and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and
bones as you see I have.'' (Luke 24:39, NKJV)
Jesus
Himself said that God is Spirit, and that a spirit does
not have and bones. And by showing His hands and feet
Jesus proved to the Apostles that He is not a spirit.
In John
8:40, this is written:
"But
now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told
you the truth which I heard from God.
Abraham did not do this. (John 8:40, NKJV)
Jesus
Himself has told the truth that He is a Man―that is
with flesh and bones.
Knowing
the scriptural truth that "God is Spirit―without flesh
and bones", while on the contrary "Jesus is a Man―with
flesh and bones", clearly and unquestionably prove that
God and Jesus are not one being as they are distinct or
dissimilar from each other. Thus, Jesus
cannot be God Himself because He is not equal and not
one in nature with God.

Members of the Trinity are said to be co-equal and co-eternal, one in essence,

the incarnation of the eternal second person of
the Trinity, who was fully God and fully Man
simultaneously. (Lesson-3C.2)
-
If Jesus is indeed co-equal and one in
nature as God in the Trinity, then why
is God a pirit, whereas Jesus is flesh
and bones?
-
Can God's nature be a spirit and not a
spirit, that is with flesh and
bones, at the same time?

3L.4 The everlasting God neither grows tired nor
weary, but Jesus wearied or grew tired.
In Isaiah
40:28, this is written:
Have you
never heard or understood? Don't you know that
the Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of all
the earth? He never grows faint or weary. No one
can measure the depths of his understanding. (NLT)
The Lord,
the everlasting God never grows faint or weary.
In John
4:6, this is written:
Now
Jacob's well was there. Jesus therefore, being
wearied from His journey, sat thus by the well.
It was about the sixth hour. (NKJV)
Jacob's well was there. Jesus, tired from his
journey, sat down there at the well. It was
about noon. (NAB)
Jesus, get wearied or tired from his journey sat
down by Jacob's well.
Knowing
the scriptural truth that "the Lord God never grows
faint or weary, while on the contrary "Jesus became
tired or wearied" from His journey, clearly and
conclusively prove that God and Jesus are not one being
as they are distinct or different from
each other. Thus, Jesus cannot be God Himself
because He is not co-equal and not one in power with God.

3L.5 God knows no other God besides Himself, but
Jesus Christ recognizes the Father in heaven as His Father
and His God.
In Isaiah
44:8, this is written:
Do not
fear, nor be afraid; have I not told you from that
time, and declared it? You are My witnesses. Is
there a God besides Me? Indeed there is no other
Rock; I know not one.' '' (NKJV)
God
declared that there is no God besides him. Indeed there
is no other, God knows not one.
In the
following verses, these are written:
Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to
heaven, and said: "Father, the hour has
come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may
glorify You, "And this is eternal life, that
they may know You, the only true God, and
Jesus Christ whom You have sent. (John 17:1&3,
NKJV)
Jesus said to her, "Do not cling to Me, for I
have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My
brethren and say to them, `I am ascending to
My Father and your Father, and to My God and
your God.' '' (John 20:17, NKJV)
Jesus
Himself prayed to the only true God, the Father in
heaven, whom He also recognizes as His Father and
His God.
Knowing
the scriptural truth that, God does not recognize any
other God besides Himself while on the contrary Jesus
recognizes God―the Father in heaven―as His Father and
His God. This clearly and conclusively prove that God and

3L.6 God is above
all―He is subject to no one, but Jesus Christ, the Son is
subject to God.
In Ephesians
4:6, this is written:
one
God and Father of all, who is above all, and
through all, and in you all. (NKJV)
God the
Father is above all, thus He is subject to no one.
In the
following verses, these are written:
Now
when all things are made subject to Him, then
the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who
put all things under Him, that God may be all in
all. (1 Corinthians 15:28, NKJV)
But
I want you to know that the head of every man is
Christ, the head of woman is man, and the
head of Christ is God. (1 Corinthians 11:3,
NKJV)
The Son Himself
will be subject to God, thus the head of Christ is
God.
Knowing the scriptural
truth that "God is above all" that is subject to no one,
while on the contrary Jesus Christ is subject to God who
is His head, clearly and unquestionably prove that God
and Jesus are not one being as they are distinct or
different from each other. Therefore, Jesus
cannot be God Himself because He is not co-equal and not
one in power with God the Father.

3L.7 Only God the Father knows the day and the
hour when Judgment Day will happen, but the Son Jesus does
not know it.
In Mark 13.32, this is
written:
"But of that day and hour no one knows, neither the
angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

3L.8 The Lord God is Almighty
but the Lord Jesus Christ said He can do nothing by Himself.
In the
following verses these are written:
6 No one in
heaven is like you, LORD; none of the heavenly beings is
your equal.
7 You are feared in the council of the holy ones; they all
stand in awe of you.
8 LORD God Almighty, none is as mighty as you;
in all things you are faithful, O LORD. (Psalms
89:6-8, TEV)
"For with God nothing will be impossible.'' (Luke
1:37, NKJV)
Jesus replied, "I assure you, the
Son can do nothing by himself. He does
only what he sees the Father doing. Whatever the Father
does, the Son also does. (John 5:19, NLT)
Knowing
the scriptural truth that for God nothing is impossible, while on the contrary
the Lord Jesus can do nothing by Himself,
clearly and conclusively prove
that God and Jesus are not one being as they are distinct

_______
Having studied the foregoing verses pertaining to the
characteristics that clearly distinguishes God
the Father and
Christ Jesus, we can certainly conclude that God, the Father, and the
Christ Jesus are not
one being or one "Triune God" because they are not co-equal;
they are not
co-eternal; and they are not one in essence, not one in nature,
not one in power, not one in action and will. Furthermore, we can also
surely conclude that the Lord Jesus Christ is not God Himself because
according to Him, there is only one True God, the Father in
heaven (John 17:1-3), who is His Father and His God (John
20:17).
